Gottman Method

The Gottman Method is a type of psychotherapy where the counselor thoroughly assesses a couple’s relationship and integrates research-based interventions based on the Sound Relationship House Theory. The couple and counselor together set the frequency and duration of both conjoint and individual sessions. Gottman Method interventions help couples strengthen their relationship through friendship, conflict management, and creation of shared meaning.
